This is a great one to take to a Potluck and easy to make...
Tator Tot Casserole 1-1/2 Lbs lean hamburger 1/2 onion 1 cup cheese (whatever your choice) I like Pepper Jack 1 cup diced green-red bell peppers (opitional) 1 bag frozen mixed vegatables 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup 1 bag of frozen Tator Tots Smash the burger down to about 1 1/2 inches thick in a cake pan Mix onions and peppers spread evenly over burger Dump and spread mixed veggies Spread soup over everything level it out Place tators single file over the whole thing (Your Done) Bake at 375 for 45 mins or until your happy About 10 mins before ya think it is done sprinkle the cheese and go and set the table and enjoy -------------------- I argue a lot with the little voices in my head
