Good Day all and, it's coffee time!!!
  Enjoy a cup or 3.  Was in a lot of pain yesterday with the feet, right knee and lumbar spine because of some heavy manual labor that was required of me, but alas, I had a remedy for that. Feel preety good this AM but, the day is still young and I'm sure I will do something stupid to bring on the pain again.  It's All Good!.Enjoy your day all. Lazyhawk |

Thanks Hawk my wife is off today so we slept in . It is hot and muggy ,it rained last nigt . I'm glad you feeling better today, I would say take it easy and don't over do any thing today.
